Privacy Policy

Last updated September 2026

This policy covers auralyp.com — the site you're reading now. It does not cover how a clinic that becomes an Auralyp client handles its own patients' data; that's governed by a separate agreement with that clinic.

What we collect

When you use this site, we may collect:

  • Information you type into the contact form or scheduling flow — name, clinic, phone, email, and anything you write.
  • If you try the live voice demo, the audio of that conversation is processed by our voice AI providers (OpenAI and ElevenLabs) to generate a response. We don't keep a recording of it ourselves.
  • Basic technical data any site collects automatically — pages visited, browser and device type, and similar analytics.

What we do with it

We use this information to respond to you, schedule a call if you ask for one, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone outside the service providers below.

Who we share it with

A few third-party services help run this site and are the only parties your information passes through:

  • Calendly — if you book a call, your name and contact details go to our scheduling calendar.
  • OpenAI / ElevenLabs — power the live voice demo on this site.
  • Google / analytics tooling — standard website analytics.

Each handles data under its own privacy policy.
